Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your other email folders, or email us at hello@futureselfjournal.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Taxes & Duties
USA:
Creative Change, Inc. charges a sales tax for all US orders. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments. Creative Change, Inc. in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.
Europe, Canada, Mexico, Asia & Other International Countries:
As your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Creative Change, Inc.
Need To Change Your Order?
If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact hello@futureselfjournal.com as soon as possible. Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing but we’ll do our best.
Didn't Receive Your Package?
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information as well, in case it was delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact hello@futureselfjournal.com for further assistance.
