This is the perfect journal for growth and self improvement. I’ve made it part of my morning routine and look forward to journaling everyday. Favorite journal I’ve had so far!
I picked up my journal today and free flowed for almost an hour, setting intentions for this most magical day. Doing so helped me become clear on what I wished to see in my life and answer today's Energy prompts and the whys. I'm expecting huge shifts and I know FSJ will be there to guide me and help me organize my thoughts and hold me accountable for taking massive, unapologetic action!
An amazing addition to my day
A thoughtfully written journal that has become a comforting constant every morning as well as the perfect way to recap my day before bed. The journal itself is beautiful with plenty of pages to last for months. I especially appreciate the lined pages where I can write out random thoughts, plan, sketch, even doodle! I was unfamiliar with habit tracking and now, after a few months, I can definitely see the benefit to keeping track and identifying where I need to put more effort. Absolutely love the inspirational quotes and rotating prompts to help me in planning my days and putting my thoughts into action. One of the most valuable parts of the journal in my opinion is that it encourages me to pause, reflect and go about my day with intention. This journal is a MUST for anyone who is looking to enhance their self growth journey!
